The advance amount paid at the time of booking for any travel service is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Customers are advised to carefully review and confirm the fare details, travel dates, and passenger information before finalizing the booking. Once the ticket is issued, it shall be considered confirmed as per the agreed fare and conditions.
After the ticket has been generated/issued, cancellation requests will be processed according to the applicable airline, hotel, or service provider’s cancellation rules and timelines. Cancellation charges may apply as per partner policies.
In case of ticket cancellation, the refund amount credited by the service provider or airline into the refund code/system will be the final refundable amount. The same amount will be refunded to the customer after applicable processing deductions, if any.
All payments must be completed through authorized payment methods available on the website. Bookings will only be confirmed after successful payment confirmation.
Any request for date change, name correction, or travel modification will be subject to availability and the terms & conditions of the respective travel partner. Additional charges may apply.
Failure to utilize the booked service without prior cancellation may result in a No-Show, and no refund shall be applicable in such cases.
The company acts as a travel partner/intermediary and relies on airlines, hotels, and other service providers for service fulfillment. Their individual terms and policies shall also apply.
The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
